Refund policy

Preamble :
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, it is preferable that it is in the original packaging.

The above admission will be different if your item is faulty or damaged on receipt of the parcel, in which case please follow the procedure outlined in the exchange section (below).

Section 1 - Refunds (if any) :
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified timeframe.



Section 2 - Late or Missing Refunds (if any) :
If you have not yet received your refund, please recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@louxets.com.

Section 3 - Sale items (if applicable) :
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 4 - Exchange (if applicable) :
We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to: contact@louxets.com

In this email, please enclose the order number (or a copy of the invoice) and proof (a photo or video of the defective and/or damaged items) and send your item to the address indicated on the package.

Section 5 - Delivery :
To return your product, you must send us an email: contact@LOUXETS.com

Customer's address

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary (10-15 working days).

If you are shipping an item over 75 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
